How to Cope Post-Spring Break

Returning back to the real world after a week being responsibility-free can be daunting.

Everything you'd left behind is exactly the way you left it: dirty apartment, impeding deadlines, etc.

So how are we supposed to get our lives back in check, without experiencing an overwhelming freakout?

Here are three keys moves for making the adjustment as easy as possible:

1. Nap

Before embarking on any other task, resting up for a solid energy-reboot is crucial for rebuilding your endurance for getting back into school mode.

2. Hit the Books
Sometimes diving right into your work will help get those brain juices flowing & effectively your work finished. If your To-Do list is nightmarishly long, be sure to take on one thing at a time.

3.  Socialize

Study in groups or take breaks and grab food with some friends in order to ensure your sanity remains in tact.

  1. Your blog seems to be taking a turn in focus. Get back on track for reader expectations.

(Still a nice post with photos)

Be sure to think of adding links. I want to see that on student blogs.
